Hiii! Welcome to my about me page! Well, it's also about my site, but also about Meeeee :3

So, to make a long story short:

My name is Denis, but I'd prefer if you call me Denden if you don't know me. Or you can call me SUPERHS, which some people do, but I'd prefer Denden.

I am nonbinary (AMAB), and go by any pronouns. I don't really care what you refer to me as, as long as its not anything rude. (｀Д´)

I don't really know about my sexuality or stuff like that at the moment. As of now I'm gonna say Omnisexual (female-leaning), but that will probably change in the near future.

My birthday is December 12th. 12/12, isn't that cool? It works in both mm/dd AND dd/mm! Talk about a win!

I live in Washington (the not DC one), so my timezone is Pacific time. For context, that makes me 3 hours behind people with Eastern time. Sometimes I wish I lived in an eastern state because literally all of my friends online live on the eastern side of the US, but to be honest I'm fine where I'm currently at.

I am Russian (through my mom's side), and Mexican (through my dad's side). Weird combination, I know. I also know very little of either language, so don't try to spark a conversation up to me thinking I know both fluently.

I'd been interested in making a website for... I don't know how long. When I was a lot younger (I'd say around 8 or 9), I would constantly search for website building sites and website creation guides. Think WiX, Weebly, etc. Though I would quickly stop using those, as I found them really limiting.

So when I found out about Carrd a good year or two ago, I was overjoyed. I quickly built a neat little site and was happy with it... until I wanted to actually make it look good and fit the aesthetic i was going for. You can either have easy to use but limiting, or hard to learn but super-customizable. That's my #1 rule with anything regarding creation software/tools.

And then I found Neocities, made this site, and the rest is history. Now superhs.xyz is here to stay. For as long as I can maintain it.

Soo.. back to about me.

I have many hobbies, most of which revolve around creating things. Drawing, coding, making music, stuff like that. I wouldn't particularly say I'm that good at any of them, but I'm proud at where I'm at with most of them. I'd say the ones I have practice with the most would have to be drawing and coding. I'm starting to get good on the music side of things however I'm nowhere near where I want to be with that kind of stuff.

By drawing, I mean.. well... drawing. Not just that, but also designing things like characters, etc. etc. I've been drawing practically ever since I could hold a pencil, so it's not really that surprising that it's what I'm best at. I'm going on a bit of a tangent now, aren't I...
